This means that all three will miss at least the first four games of the season before they are eligible to play again.

Chubb and Wynn are both starters when healthy. Chubb is recovering from a torn ACL and Wynn is recovering from a serious quadriceps injury.

McDaniel added that no decision has been made on WR yet Odell Beckham Fr. who is also on the active/PUP list and has not trained yet this summer.

Chubb, 27, was selected fifth overall by the Broncos in the 2018 NFL Draft. He was playing the fourth year of a four-year, fully guaranteed, $27.271 million rookie contract with the Broncos that included a $17.913 million signing bonus.

The Broncos decided to exercise his fifth-year option, which cost Denver $12.716 million for the 2022 season. He was set to become an unrestricted free agent in 2023 when he was traded to the Dolphins mid-season.

Miami immediately signed him to a new five-year, $110 million contract, which was restructured last offseason to create over $14 million in salary cap space.

In 2023, Chubb played 16 games for the Dolphins, recording 68 total tackles and 11 sacks.
