Consello Capital, the private equity arm of the Irish-founded Consello Group, has acquired the US preventive healthcare company EHE Health.
Consello is an advisory and investment platform co-founded and led by Tipperary-based Declan Kelly and headquartered in New York, where Kelly is also based.
Consello Capital specializes in investments in the services, consumer and retail sectors. The firm made its first acquisition last year with the purchase of ProSearch Strategies, a Los Angeles-based legal tech company with offices in Ireland and India.
In an announcement released today (August 9), Consello Capital announced that it has acquired EHE Health, a national healthcare provider in the United States that has been in existence for more than 100 years. It focuses on the preventive health space and works with mid-sized and large employers to provide their employees and beneficiaries with an entry point into organized healthcare.
EHE Health is also headquartered in New York and has a nationwide network of over 200 clinics and physician offices through which it offers preventive care and screenings.
