Charlii is described as a black female, 5’7″, 120 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. She was last seen wearing black shorts, yellow Crocs, and a purple Lululemon jacket.

  • Man in Baltimore seriously injured by multiple gunshots

    BALTIMORE, MD – A 31-year-old man is in critical condition requiring urgent evaluation following a shooting in the Western District of Baltimore. The incident occurred on August 6, 2024 at approximately 3:29 p.m. in the 1700 block of North Carey Street. Upon arrival, officers found the victim with multiple gunshot wounds to the upper torso.

    The victim was taken to a nearby hospital by paramedics and is currently in critical condition. Due to the severity of his injuries, the case is being investigated by the Homicide Squad.

  • Bear Man charged with bomb threat at Christiana Mall

    NEWARK, DE — Delaware State Police arrested 20-year-old Devin Cunningham of Bear, Delaware, on charges of terroristic threat following a false bomb threat at Christiana Mall.

    The incident occurred on August 3 at approximately 7:45 p.m. Police officers rushed to the mall at 750 Mall Road in Newark after receiving a bomb threat. Security officials reported that Cunningham explicitly threatened to bring a bomb into the mall, destroy the property and harm those present.

    Initial investigations revealed that Cunningham had previously been denied entry to the building for refusing to remove a black ski mask, which led to a heated exchange with security and his subsequent threatening behavior. Before authorities could arrest him, he left the scene in a gray sedan.

    After further investigation identified Cunningham, police officers obtained a warrant for his arrest. He turned himself in to Troop 2 the next day, was arraigned, tried by the Justice of the Peace of Court 11, and released on $2,000 unsecured bail.
