Channing Tatum's failed 9-year-old sci-fi epic lands on Tubi next month

Jupiter ascending is making a name for itself. The sci-fi film, which flopped when it was released in 2015, is set to hit Tubi next month.

With Channing Tatu, Mila Kunis, Sean Bean and Eddie Redmayne. Jupiter ascending will be available to stream on Tubi starting September 1st. The screenplay and direction are by the Wachowskis. Jupiter ascending focuses on Jupiter Jones (Kunis), an ordinary cleaning lady, and Caine Wise (Tatum), an interplanetary warrior who tells Jones that her destiny goes beyond Earth. Despite the star cast and the Wachowskis at the helm, Jupiter ascending was a major box office flop for Warner Bros., grossing only $184 million on a budget of $176–210 million.
