BTS’ Jin combines fun with hard work in Lost Island preview at Half-Star Hotel; episode release scheduled for August 19

BTS’ Jin will be making a guest star appearance on the popular South Korean variety show Half-Star Hotel in Lost Island. The preview trailer for the episode has been released, featuring the K-pop star in various activities. Fans are full of anticipation and can’t wait for the episode to release.

On August 12, 2024, the trailer for the next episode of Half-Star Hotel in Lost Island was released. The episode will star none other than K-pop’s biggest star, Jin from the boy band BTS. In the short video, the artist is seen with his co-star on a remote island, where they engage in various activities. He tries fishing but fails to catch anything, and later he accidentally injures himself while doing physical labor. Despite the mishap, the hosts are extremely attentive and take very good care of him.

The new episode will air on South Korean broadcaster MBC on August 19, 2024. Jin was discharged from the military a few days ago and this show will be his first return to the TV screen after a long break. As the artist is ready to return to the entertainment world, fans are also excited to see his performance.

Jin made his debut as a K-pop idol in 2013 with the K-pop group BTS alongside RM, J-Hope, Suga, V, Jungkook and Jimin. The artist made his official solo debut in 2022 with the single The Astronaut.

After his discharge from military service on June 13, 2024, the artist made his first public appearance to celebrate the group’s 11th anniversary with his fans at Jamsil Arena as part of FESTA 2024.

Jin is also discussed about releasing self-produced content under BIGHIT Music in the near future, which will feature him engaging in various outdoor activities. However, the rest of BTS members are currently enlisted in the South Korean Army and are expected to be discharged sometime in 2025.
