The performance of quarterback Jalen Hurts will play an important role in answering this question. But you can tell he’s got a new and improved outlook on life this year. And I’m happy for him because you can see he’s excited.”

The Eagles revamped their offensive coaching staff in the offseason, adding running back Saquon Barkley in a move designed to help Hurts return to the success he had before things went south last year. Graham’s comments give reason to believe things are on the right track, but the regular season will provide the crucial answers to where Hurts stands.
