Bengals vs. Bears: Cincinnati lets most of its regular players rest in Chicago

The Cincinnati Bengals put Joe Burrow and the starting lineup on the first drive of their first home game of the preseason, and they immediately stormed the field and scored. It was a glimpse into the future.

Unfortunately, fans won’t get the same opportunity in Week 2.

Zac Taylor told reporters that the Bengals will not use many of their regular players next week. The Bengals will travel to Chicago to face the Bears at Soldier Field.

However, there is hope of seeing them in the season finale against the Indianapolis Colts.

As for the starters, Burrow completed 5 of 7 passes for 51 yards and a touchdown. In addition, wide receiver Tee Higgins completed two passes for 19 yards and also contributed a touchdown.

Numerous defensive linemen, such as Dax Hill and linebacker Germaine Pratt, played against the Bucs, and it is believed that Taylor will give them the weekend off, along with Burrow and the starters.
