Senator Joseph P. Addabbo, Jr. is partnering with Laser Bounce to host a free Community Fun Day in his district where families can play arcade games and other activities in a safe, clean environment close to home. The event will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Friday, August 16, 2026, at Laser Bounce, located in the Shops at Atlas Park on the lower level, 80-28 Cooper Avenue in Glendale.
“This is a wonderful opportunity for children to spend an afternoon playing a variety of games for free, accompanied by an adult,” said Addabbo. “I would like to sincerely thank Laser Bounce for being so generous in allowing the community to use their facility for free.”
Pre-registered attendees will have a choice of two options. The first option is recommended for guests under 54 inches tall and includes one game session (Ballocity or Bounce Arena) and a 30-minute video game pass with unlimited play. The second option is recommended for guests five years of age and older and includes one laser tag session and a 30-minute video game pass with unlimited play. The Ballocity Arena is an interactive play arena for kids that combines multi-level platforms with a variety of interchangeable features, including blasters, vacuum cannons and buckets that propel, throw, lift, vacuum and dump thousands of soft foam balls throughout the play system arena.
The “Bounce Park” combines a typical trampoline park with the latest inflation technology. Guests can participate in numerous elements such as the ninja course, the open bouncy area with basketball and the obstacle course.
The “LED Laser Tag Arena” features targets, strobes, a great sound system and special effect lighting with glow-in-the-dark and black light obstacles.
Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
