According to MGK, Randy Orton and Machine Gun Kelly had an altercation at SummerSlam

According to MGK, Randy Orton and Machine Gun Kelly had an altercation at SummerSlam

Key findings

  • MGK stood up to Randy Orton after hearing negative comments and challenged the WWE star with some pointed words.
  • Orton accused MGK of lying about the altercation, whereupon MGK mentioned that there were cameras that recorded the exchange.
  • MGK made fun of Orton’s act and hinted at a reason behind it, making fans curious about the true story.

While some celebrities like Bad Bunny have appeared in the WWE and garnered the support of the locker room, others have proven to be more confrontational. Case in point: Machine Gun Kelly. The singer/rapper accompanied Logan Paul to the ring at SummerSlam, but according to MGK Randy Orton had a lot to say about him and he reportedly responded with some apt words of his own.

MGK spoke to Logan Paul about his backstage confrontation with Randy Orton

On the latest episode of Impaulsive, Logan Paul hosted musician Machine Gun Kelly, who discussed his performance at WWE SummerSlam. He accompanied Paul to the ring for his United States Championship match against LA Knight and even got involved a little to help The Maverick win.

MGK claimed that Randy Orton had spoken negatively about him with Paul during preparation and that he had defended himself:

I was in the ring and I just came to Logan to see what we could work out for the show. I saw Randy Orton. I remember Randy Orton talking shit about me. There was a point where I was like, “I’m going to practice a new version of myself. Three… two… one. Screw that. Man, screw you.”

Randy Orton responded by suggesting that MGK was lying, but MGK countered

Although Randy Orton is no longer the hothead he once was, he still had to give his two cents on Machine Gun Kelly’s claims. Orton posted on X (FKA Twitter) and tagged the rapper with a lying face emoji, not exactly subtly suggesting that MGK is lying about the situation.

Kelly countered, claiming that cameras were rolling during the altercation, so the rapper might be able to hand over receipts (which WWE, unlike a certain other company, would never reveal):

MGK also mentioned that Orton had his number, but was unclear about the reason why:

Who knows if this is a WWE stunt, a real argument or a simple misunderstanding (maybe even a bit of all of the above), but it’s safe to say that fans wouldn’t mind if Orton RKO’d MGK. His buddy Kevin Owens has already thrown him through a table:
