Amber Grid provides results for the first half of 2024 prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards:
• Sales H1 2024: EUR 35.0 million (H1 2023: EUR 42.7 million);
• Net profit for H1 2024: EUR 3.4 million (H1 2023: EUR 12.6 million);
• EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) for H1 2024: EUR 12.0 million (H1 2023: EUR 10.7 million);
• Average return on equity (ROE) for the last 12 months as of June 30, 2024: 2.4% (as of June 30, 2023: 11.4%).

Amber Grid’s adjusted financials for H1 2024:
• Adjusted net profit for H1 2024: EUR 5.1 million (H1 2023: EUR 5.0 million);
• Adjusted EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) for H1 2024: EUR 13.8 million (H1 2023: EUR 12.6 million);
• Average return on equity (ROE) for the last 12 months as of June 30, 2024: 5.2% (as of June 30, 2023: 8.5%).

Adjustment of regulated income, cost and profitability indicators is made due to temporary regulatory deviations from the regulated profitability approved by NERC. When calculating the adjusted indicators, the income correction due to previous periods is assessed, which has already been approved by the decision of NERC when setting the regulated prices for transmission services for the reporting period. Also, the indicators are adjusted for the deviation between the NERC-approved (regulated) and the actual profitability of the reporting period, which NERC will assess when setting the prices for transmission services for the coming period. Non-recurring (one-time) transactions are also eliminated.
