Is it A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder Season 2?

There is no news yet from Netflix and the BBC as to whether there will be a second season of A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder – but we think it’s pretty likely. The first season is based on Holly Jackson’s novel of the same name, the first novel in a trilogy. It makes sense that the first season would be followed by two more, and Jackson has expressed her desire to see the entire book series adapted into a film. “I’ve talked about it from the beginning, like, ‘Come on, guys, we need to make it all we can,'” Jackson said. “As always with television, it depends a lot on the audience of the first season to see if there’s enough interest. We’re all really hoping and praying.”

With A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder The series is at the top of the Netflix TV charts and looks promising. The only sticking point would be the commitments of lead actor Emma Myers for another Netflix series: Wednesday. Stay tuned.

What will happen?

We must assume that A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder Season 2 would adapt the second novel in the trilogy by Holly Jackson, Good girl, bad blood. The plot picks up where the first book left off: After the identity of Andie Bell’s killer is discovered, Pip launches a true-crime podcast with Ravi’s help. Naturally, it goes viral – but Pip insists her days as a detective are over.

But then another teenager disappears – on the same night that Little Kilton is holding a memorial service to mark the sixth anniversary of the deaths of Andie and her boyfriend Sal. But why are the police not interested in looking for Jamie Reynolds? If not, then Pip surely will – and so begins another investigation that uncovers even more secrets hidden beneath the surface of Little Kilton. But this time, the whole town is listening…
