Paul Banks III is described as 5’7″ tall and weighing approximately 205 pounds. He was last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt, gray pants, and white sneakers. He is believed to be driving a gray 2020 Chevy Trax, but the license plate number of the vehicle is unknown.

Acting Governor of New Jersey declares state of emergency
TRENTON, NJ – Acting Governor Tahesha Way has declared a state of emergency for New Jersey, effective 6 p.m. today, in preparation for the severe weather expected from the remnants of Tropical Storm Debby.
This precautionary measure, detailed in Executive Order No. 364, applies to all 21 counties in the state.
The threat of severe weather with heavy rains, high wind speeds and the possibility of sudden flooding have prompted the acting governor to urge the population to stay in their homes and avoid travel only if absolutely necessary.
“Due to the severe weather impacts from Tropical Storm Debby, I have declared a state of emergency effective 6:00 p.m. today,” said Acting Governor Way, stressing the importance of staying off the roads to ensure personal safety and facilitate emergency response.
Citizens are encouraged to stay informed by visiting New Jersey’s official disaster preparedness website, ready.nj.gov, and check for local weather forecasts and alerts.

- Philadelphia police ask for help in finding missing teenager
PHILADELPHIA, PA — Philadelphia police are actively seeking the public’s help in locating Shaelynn Wells, an 11-year-old who was recently reported missing. Shaelynn disappeared from her home in the 10,000 block of Haldeman Avenue in a report made by her aunt.
Shaelynn is described as a black female, 11 years old, approximately 5’4″ tall and weighing approximately 100 pounds. She has short, curly black hair and brown eyes. Police have not released any details about what she was last seen wearing.
