BALTIMORE, MD – Criminal Investigation Division is asking the public for help in locating 73-year-old Paul Banks III, who was last seen on August 8 at approximately 10:44 p.m. in the 700 block of North Belnord Avenue.

Paul Banks III is described as 5’7″ tall and weighing approximately 205 pounds. He was last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt, gray pants, and white sneakers. He is believed to be driving a gray 2020 Chevy Trax, but the license plate number of the vehicle is unknown.

    TRENTON, NJ – Acting Governor Tahesha Way has declared a state of emergency for New Jersey, effective 6 p.m. today, in preparation for the severe weather expected from the remnants of Tropical Storm Debby.

  • Philadelphia police ask for help in finding missing teenager

    PHILADELPHIA, PA — Philadelphia police are actively seeking the public’s help in locating Shaelynn Wells, an 11-year-old who was recently reported missing. Shaelynn disappeared from her home in the 10,000 block of Haldeman Avenue in a report made by her aunt.

    Shaelynn is described as a black female, 11 years old, approximately 5’4″ tall and weighing approximately 100 pounds. She has short, curly black hair and brown eyes. Police have not released any details about what she was last seen wearing.

    Authorities are asking anyone with information on Shaelynn Wells’ whereabouts to contact Northwest Detectives at 215-686-3153.
