Five years after the events of Jurassic World Dominion, The planet’s ecology has proven largely inhospitable to dinosaurs. The remaining dinosaurs live in isolated equatorial environments with climates similar to those in which they once thrived. The three most colossal creatures of this tropical biosphere hold the key to a drug that will bring miraculous life-saving benefits to humanity.

Oscar® Oscar-nominated Johansson plays veteran covert operations expert Zora Bennett, who is tasked with leading a skilled team on a top-secret mission to secure genetic material from the world’s three largest dinosaurs. When Zora’s operation collides with that of a civilian family whose boat expedition was capsized by marauding aquatic dinos, they all become stranded on an island where they face a sinister, shocking discovery hidden from the world for decades.

Ali is Duncan Kincaid, Zora’s most trusted team leader; Emmy nominee and Olivier Award winner Jonathan Bailey (Evil, Bridgerton) plays paleontologist Dr. Henry Loomis; Emmy nominee Rupert Friend (Hometown, Obi Wan Kenobi) acts as a representative of the pharmaceutical companies Martin Krebs and Manuel Garcia-Rulfo (The client, Murder on the Orient Express) plays Reuben Delgado, the father of the shipwrecked civilian family.

The cast includes Luna Blaise (manifest), David Iacono (The summer I became pretty) and Audrina Miranda (Lopez vs Lopez) as Reuben’s family. The film also stars Philippine Velge (Station Eleven), Bechir Sylvain (Federal Ministry of Finance) and Ed Skrein (Dead Pool).

Pretty wild Jurassic World – Rebirth is only 11 months away from release at this point, but that’s Hollywood! I was not a fan of any of the previous three Jurassic World Movies, but the dino action was still exciting for people all over the world. Take-home shows only, yes, the terrifying thunder lizards will never go extinct.
