Lakewood, CO (August 29, 2024) – Lakewood’s annual Family Health and Fitness Day will be held on Saturday, September 14th from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at O’Kane Park, 7101 W. First Ave. This free, fun event highlights the important role of parks and recreation areas in building a strong, healthy and resilient community. The day will feature activities to keep your family healthy and active!
