The Harris-Walz bus is back on the road after the Democratic duo’s first day of touring in Georgia ended on a bumpy note.

On Wednesday, Vice President Kamala Harris and Governor Tim Walz drove their bus through southeast Georgia and visited the Liberty County High School marching band and the Sandfly Bar-B-Q restaurant in Savannah.

That evening, their motorcade was briefly halted when a Savannah motorcycle officer crashed and was taken to the hospital in critical condition. FOX 5 Atlanta is still working to find out more about that officer and his current condition.
