WWE star reacts to Machine Gun Kelly’s claim of a fight with Randy Orton: “If someone cursed him in the face…”

The real-life conflict between Randy Orton and Machine Gun Kelly appears to be escalating after the latter claimed he had a heated altercation with the Viper at SummerSlam. WWE star Xavier Woods has voiced his opinion on the matter and defended his WWE colleague Randy Orton with a bold statement.

Xavier Woods wrote in an interview with X (formerly Twitter): “If there’s one thing I know about Randy Orton, it’s that if someone actually cursed him to his face, they wouldn’t be able to tell that story anymore.”

Machine Gun Kelly, aka MGK, recently appeared on Logan Paul’s Impaulsive podcast and claimed that he clashed with Randy Orton at SummerSlam when she showed up at Cleveland Browns Stadium.

Machine Gun Kelly described the incident by saying, “I saw Randy Orton. I remember Randy Orton talking shit about me. At some point I was like, ‘I’m going to practice being a new version of myself. Three, two, one. Screw it. Man, fuck you.'”

After the interview and MGK’s surprise revelation, the controversy continued on social media. Randy Orton responded to MGK with a lying emoji on X, suggesting that the rapper simply lied.

The 34-year-old also responded that he wasn’t lying because the cameras were rolling when the confrontation between MGK and Orton took place backstage, suggesting that WWE should publicize this.

It is unclear why MGK made this claim and if there is any truth to it. A wrestler like Xavier Woods refuted the claim in the tweet, saying the Viper would not have spared MGK or anyone else after throwing the F-bomb right in his face.

Randy Orton returned to the ring last year after a long-term back injury. Since then, he has mainly been a babyface and involved in various storylines.

The Viper finished second in the King in the Ring tournament after losing to Gunther. The feud between them recently resumed after Gunther became World Heavyweight Champion by defeating Damian Priest at SummerSlam.

The Ring General, as World Heavyweight Champion, has The Viper as his first challenge. The two men will meet at Bash in Berlin, which takes place in Germany this weekend.

While Gunther looks to successfully defend the big gold for the first time, Orton has a golden opportunity to win his fifteenth career World Title. Much like their last encounter in Saudi Arabia, their clash in Berlin will be a cracker.
