New Delhi: The much-awaited crime thriller Phir Aayi Hasseen Dillruba, starring Taapsee Pannu, is now available on streaming giant Netflix. Fans had high expectations from this sequel after the success of the first part, which was praised for holding the audience’s attention till the end. Ever since its premiere on the OTT platform, reviews of the film have been pouring in on Twitter.

About ‘Haseen Dillruba’
Fans loved the gripping storyline of the original film, Haseen Dillruba, which was directed by Vinil Mathew and written by Kanika Dhillon. The film revolves around the marriage of two very different characters, Rani and Rishu. The plot takes an unexpected turn when Rani, fed up with her boring married life, develops feelings for her brother-in-law Neel (Harshvardhan Rane).
With Sunny Kaushal’s character entering the story as another love interest for Rani, the teaser for the sequel, Phir Aayi Hasseen Dillruba, promises a new surprise that picks up where the original left off. The film released on August 9.
The official Netflix synopsis states: “While evading the police in Agra, Rani and Rishu plan to escape together.”
