Overwatch2 is giving away the epic Octopus Lucio skin and 1,000 coins via Microsoft Rewards. This is the second giveaway that Blizzard is offering for Overwatch2 Players after confirmation that the hero shooter will be added to Xbox Game Pass on September 17, a month after the start of Season 12.

Celebrate Overwatch2s upcoming debut in the catalog, Xbox Game Pass subscribers will have access to another limited-time giveaway. If players link their Battle.net and Xbox accounts and log into the game before October 21, they will receive the Cardboard Reinhardt, Turtleship D.Va, Cyberdragon Hanzo, Street Runner Genji, Bee Mercy, and Cleric Lifeweaver skins, as well as 30 Mythic Prisms that can be used to purchase Mythic Skins. After that, Blizzard announced that there will be even more opportunities for Overwatch2 Players can receive more free gifts and one of them has just been revealed.

Overwatch2 Players can get the epic Lucio Octopus skin by earning 10,000 Microsoft Rewards points. To earn points, players must search with Bing and browse Edge on PC and mobile, search for technology and movies, apps and games in the Microsoft Store, play on Xbox consoles, and use the Windows app. Along with Lucio’s epic skin Overwatch2 gives players 1,000 coins to use in the in-game store.

It is important to note that the Lucio’s Epic Skin giveaway, although available through Microsoft Rewards, is only available to players from the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, and Singapore. Posted in Overwatch2 Season 11, the skin gives Lucio an appearance reminiscent of an octopus, with the character’s outfit having a pink hue, eyes resembling those of a mollusk, and hair in the shape of tentacles. The Octopus Lucio skin was originally released in the store as part of the Starter Pack, which gave players the cosmetic and 1,000 Overwatch Coins for $39.99.

In addition to the return of the Lucio skin, Season 12 of Blizzard’s hero shooter is full of other cosmetics that players can obtain in different ways. The most notable releases of the current season include the Doomfist Bast, Echo Astet, Pharah Nefertari and Reaper Anubis skins, all based on Egyptian mythology. Blizzard is expanding the Polar skin series with new outfits for Reinhardt, Genji, Baptiste, Brigitte and Lucio.
