This four-week course, beginning October 14, 2024, will give you the tools and strategies to integrate AI and digital tools into your ministry to ensure authentic faith formation and community building in a technology-driven world.

As the faith landscape undergoes rapid change, church leaders are being called upon to navigate a crossroads where tradition meets innovation. The Real Faith in an AI World: Rethinking Digital Church Ministry learning community provides an opportunity to bridge this gap, offering four weeks of intensive learning beginning October 14, 2024.

In this course, you’ll learn how artificial intelligence and digital tools can enhance, not replace, authentic faith formation and community building. From engaging AI-powered Bible studies to virtual reality connecting church members around the world, the opportunities for pastoral care in a technology-driven world are vast. But with these opportunities come challenges: How can we maintain meaningful connections in a rapidly evolving digital space?

Led by Ryan Panzer, author of Grace and Gigabyte And The Sacred and the HybridThis course will walk you through the history of digital ministry, explore different models of ministry, and offer practical strategies for succeeding in a technology-driven culture. Whether you’re an ordained leader, a volunteer, or someone in between, this course is for anyone grappling with the challenges and opportunities of digital ministry today.

Each week, participants participate in asynchronous learning activities, attend live workshops on Mondays at 12pm Central Time, and apply their learning in their ministry context. With 12 months of access to on-demand content, this course offers both flexibility and depth, so you can confidently step into the future of digital ministry.
