Jazz Jennings shows off their success!

As you may know, the 23-year-old reality TV star has had quite a journey with her health over the years. Recently, she has especially struggled with her weight and has been working very hard recently to achieve her goals. Work that she now proudly shows off Instagram!! On Monday, the transgender activist shared a before and after video revealing that she has lost 100 POUNDS in the two years she has been working on a healthier lifestyle!!!!

In the post she wrote:

“Two years later and almost 100 pounds lighter! I’m so proud of my progress and I want to thank my family, friends and everyone who has supported me along the way! Good health is not a certificate you show, it’s a constant effort! I still have room for improvement, but I’m more motivated and inspired than I’ve been in years. Let’s keep it up!”
