Bachelorette Jenn Tran challenges Sam M. to “be better” at Men Tell All

Bachelorette Jenn Tran challenges Sam M. to “be better” at Men Tell All

This Fantasy Suites Cliffhanger with Bachelorette Jenn Tran and Devin came to a quick resolution at the beginning of the August 27 episode.

“I’m just a little doubtful about what’s going on in your head right now,” Devin, 28, told Jenn, 26, after showing up at her hotel room.

Devin told Jenn he was “the safe option” for her. “The proposals are next week and I still don’t know what’s going on in your head,” he said.

Jenn explained that she didn’t feel like she could express herself as well as Devin. “I may not know how to be what you need from me,” she told Devin.

Jenn, however, knew how she felt about Devin. “I really love you, you fucking idiot,” Jenn said to Devin.

They exchanged a few more “I love yous” before parting ways, and at the rose ceremony, Devin received the first rose from Jenn. Marcus got the second, which meant Jonathan was going home.

“I think you were perfect for me and I was not perfect for you, and that’s a really bitter pill for me to swallow,” Jonathan, 27, told Jenn before he left.

The creative director told Jenn that he realized his true feelings for Jenn during a walk on the beach the night before – but he never got the chance to tell her. “I feel like the biggest idiot in the world because something incredible was right in front of me and I was too much of my own enemy to realize it until it was too late,” Jonathan lamented.

Jonathan’s tears welled up on the car ride home. “I could have done better,” he cried. “I could have been better.”

MEN SAY EVERYTHING

In the studio with host Jesse Palmer, all of Jenn’s ex-boyfriends reunited. Aaron began by only telling Jenn about people he thought weren’t ready for engagement before he left because he believed he and Jenn had built a “bond of trust” with her.

When Brian asked Aaron, 29, who he thought had bad intentions when he came on the show, Aaron named Devin, Sam N. and Spencer. Aaron then told Spencer, 31, that after his broken engagement, he “felt like I wasn’t fully healed or ready.”

But Spencer explained, “You can still be cured without feeling comfortable.”

Jesse, 45, also asked Aaron if he would give Devin a self-development book.

“I wanted to give him a resource to help him become more aware of his impact, which he wasn’t aware of,” Aaron said.

Aaron’s twin brother Noah, who became engaged to Abigail Heringer after meeting her Bachelor in Paradisefound himself in a similar situation when he was in season 16 of The Bachelorette.

Noah told Aaron from the audience that he did not approve of the aerospace engineer’s behavior on Jenn’s season.

“We were in the womb together, but I don’t think the book is the way to go,” Noah told Aaron. “I don’t think anyone should tell someone if they’re ready or not. We all have our own path.”

Attention then turned to Sam N. and his decision to confess his love to Jenn during the Thunder Down Under group date. Sam N. explained that he did it to show Jenn “how much she means to me,” but he admitted that he was “a little bit hasty.”

“Love is not linear. Everyone has their own timeline,” said Sam N., 25.

Keep an eye on the most important things

Jesse questioned Sam M’s tactics in putting the contractor in the spotlight. “I watch it all again on TV and I think, ‘I’m struggling,'” Sam M said.

However, Sam M. claimed he loved Jenn “100 percent” when he told her that before his elimination. The 27-year-old also denied claims that he came on the show hoping Daisy Kent or Maria Georgas would be the Bachelorette.

“I remember telling my parents, ‘Honestly, I don’t think it’s going to work out with either of them,'” Sam M. claimed.

When Jenn took the stage, she didn’t hold back when she addressed Sam M. “We didn’t talk and at the end of the day, he didn’t really know me at all,” Jenn said.

Jenn felt that Sam M. showed “blatant disrespect” towards the other men. “The whole time, everything was about you,” she continued.

Jenn also addressed online statements from Sam M.’s relatives regarding his appearance on the show.

“You’re a grown man and instead of taking responsibility for your actions, you decided to blame the producers, the editor, the TV show or whatever,” Jenn said. “And at the end of the day, the man on TV was the exact man I was sitting across from for the entire journey.”

Jenn told Sam M. she wanted him to “get better” after appearing on the show. “But if you don’t take a step back and look at what you saw and take responsibility for your actions and grow and learn, then I feel very, very sorry for whoever you end up with, because this delusional world that you’re living in right now and this denial is not going to work for anybody,” the medical student said.

Sam M. thanked Jenn for helping him grow. “I definitely lost myself in some of those moments and wish I could go back and relive them honestly,” Sam M. told Jenn.

Thomas N. regretted interrupting Jenn’s conversation with Devin to talk to the owner of the freight company.

“If you had kept your focus on me, the journey might have been a little different for you,” Jenn told Thomas N., 31.

The recruiter said, “If I could go back and do it again, I wouldn’t leave you alone.”

But even in the part “Men tell everything” hope for a second chance in love arose when Jesse made offers to Bachelor in Paradise Season 10 revolves around Jonathan and Hakeem, who overcame his fear of spiders by letting the world’s largest spider crawl onto his lap.
