How good or bad is your Pixel 9 Pro XL?

How good or bad is your Pixel 9 Pro XL?

The Pixel 9 and Pixel 9 Pro XL were delivered to your door last week, giving you a whole weekend to set everything up and start testing. Well, you don’t really do much testing, just play around, since you’re not testers. But you still had some time to get your first impressions of your sleek, angular, and dramatically changed Pixel 9 phone.

I’ve already shared some of my own comments, saying that the Pixel 9 Pro line has “really, really good” battery life, that iPhone owners should be jealous of this new hardware from Google, and that the improved fingerprint reader and new modem have shown promising early results. Tim also raved about the regular Pixel 9, noting that its hardware, fingerprint reader, performance, and modem are excellent.

We’re still working on our Pixel 9 series reviews (and they should be available in the next day or two), but if you couldn’t tell from these first impressions, we’re enjoying our time with Google’s latest.

I’d love to hear from you though. When Google launches a new phone, reviewers (like us) usually test it for a few weeks and do our usual fuss with it. They often end up being highly praised, only for regular users (like you) to then dig into it and find quirks, bugs, or hardware issues that tell a different story. I’m curious to see if that will happen again with this year’s Pixel 9 lineup. My gut tells me it won’t happen like it did with previous models, but I have no idea either. That’s why I’m asking for your early feedback.
