Half-year financial report
On 27 August 2024, the Board of Directors of the Company resolved to publish the half-year report and the unaudited condensed interim financial statements of the Company for the six months ended 30 June 2024 (the “HYFR”). The HYFR is available on the Company’s website (www.bgholdingltd.com) and at the Company’s registered office at Ground Floor, Dorey Court, Admiral Park, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 2HT. The Company’s shares (the “Shares”) are listed on Euronext Amsterdam. The Shares are also listed on the official list of the UK Listing Authority and are admitted to trading on the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange plc.
