The race to get discounts on the latest LEGO Harry Potter Hogwarts Great Hall is in full swing, as the flagship set for summer 2024 has dropped to its lowest price yet for the second week in a row.
Last week it was Amazon’s turn to slash the price of 76435 Hogwarts Castle: The Great Hall when the retailer slashed the price to £135.99 (or 20% off RRP), but this week Zavvi has gone one step further, offering the 1,732-piece set for just £131.99. You’ll also automatically qualify for free delivery (normally £1.99) with no code required for a limited time.
That means the total price for 76435 Hogwarts Castle: Great Hall is a flat £131.99, £38 off its regular retail price of £169.99. That’s the biggest discount we’ve seen yet for this June 2024 release, and makes it a much easier sell even for seasoned LEGO Harry Potter fans who may already own a Great Hall or two.
That’s because this is the biggest and best version of the Great Hall that the LEGO Group has ever made in plastic playset size. It’s the cornerstone of what the company calls its “most detailed Hogwarts ever,” and the set that all others will likely be modeled after in the years to come. Early examples include 76431 Hogwarts Castle: Potions Class and 76426 Hogwarts Castle Boathouse, both of which are connected to the Great Hall.
And just like last week for £135.99, this week you’re getting a great deal here for an even better price (so good news if you missed Amazon’s deal). 76435 Hogwarts Castle: Great Hall measures over 15” (40cm) high, 17” (44cm) wide and 8” (21cm) deep, and includes 10 minifigures (seven of which are unique to this set), a mountain troll, five collectible portraits and two underground rooms that slide out for easier access.
It’s undoubtedly one of the best LEGO Harry Potter playsets available right now, and at this price, it’s even more recommended. There’s no way of knowing how long this offer will last, though, so you’d best apparate over to Zavvi ASAP to secure your copy, just to be safe.
