Why level 70 characters in World of Warcraft can’t block experience gains

Although Blizzard has not given an official explanation for this decision, players suspect that the company decided to prevent players from staying at level 70 because the current scaling makes over-equipped characters at level 70 more powerful than under-equipped heroes at level 80. This restriction prevents players from exploiting this scaling issue when exploring the new dungeons and bosses introduced in. The war within. World of Warcraft regularly encounters scaling issues at expansion launch because the new content is not tailored to over-equipped characters, but is designed so that anyone who reaches the required minimum level can enjoy this new content without needing endgame gear from the previous expansion.

World of Warcraft gives players more endgame options with the release of The war within. Those who prefer to explore the new content alone rather than with other players now have the option to experience endgame content alone without the need for a party. Story mode eliminates the need to team up with others to defeat bosses, and the Delves offer new solo-friendly PvE content that scales in difficulty and offers good gear rewards.
