Rupert Grint has admitted that most of the Harry Potter films, even though he plays one of the leading roles.
The Ron Weasley actor told Variety that he watched the first three films at premieres, but then stopped watching his performances.
He added: “But now that I have a daughter, I’ll probably have to watch it with her.”
Grint’s daughter with Angus, thongs and perfect smooching Star Georgia Groome was born in May 2020, so he probably has a few more years to prepare for his return to the wizarding world.

The little girl, named Wednesday, helped Grint break the internet when she was born, and helped her father amass one million followers on Instagram in just four hours – beating David Attenborough’s record.

Grint was also asked about the Harry Potter Series currently in development for HBO Max.
He said he did not expect to be involved in the series and said it would be “weird if it was a sequel” to the original film series based on the seven-book series by JK Rowling.

At the same time, Grint is not sure whether someone else should play Ron.
“Funny enough, I’m quite protective of this character,” he added. “Even when I saw the stage shows, it was a very strange experience.
“If the show featured something like another group of friends, that would probably be interesting.”
Actors such as Paul Thornley and Thomas Aldridge have played Ron in various productions of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child.
Grint is currently promoting his work in the second season of the psychological thriller on Apple TV+ servantthe brainchild of suspense master M. Night Shyamalan.
The series is about the arrival of a nanny at the home of a couple who have purchased a “reborn doll” to help them get over the death of their baby.
Soon after, the nanny – played by game of Thrones When the doll arrives and arrives, it seems to come to life.

Grint plays Julian, the brother of Lauren Ambrose’s main character Dorothy, while Toby Kebbell plays her husband.
