LEGO Harry Potter 76437 The Burrow has a hidden LEGO set and more

The LEGO Harry Potter Collector’s Edition The Burrow (76437) features an interesting structure that references three things at once, including a LEGO set.

Among the many details in 76437 The Burrow Collector’s Edition, there is one you may have missed that we initially thought was just a reference to a LEGO Ideas set. Arthur and Molly’s bedroom in 76437 The Burrow Collector’s Edition has a shelf above their bed filled with items including a clock and a small phone booth.

Based on the size of the minifigures, it’s about the right size to be a replica of 21347 Red London Telephone Box for minifigure hands. It also wouldn’t be the first giant LEGO model to include a smaller LEGO set. 10333 The Lord of the Rings: Barad-dûr includes a sticker of 40693 The Lord of the Rings: Fell Beast on a shelf at the top of the tower.

This may not be a reference to the LEGO Ideas Red London Telephone Box (21347), in which case we have a different reference in mind for this model.

The small phone booth in 76437 The Burrow Collectors’ Edition may be an Easter egg for the video game Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. As stated in the Harry Potter Wiki, Arthur Weasley has a phone booth in his collection of non-magical stuff in a field just outside the Burrow.

Even if the collection isn’t canon, this strange structure otherwise seems out of place in his bedroom. Unless it’s a reference to the entrance to the British Ministry of Magic that Arthur Weasley and Harry Potter used. That’s also possible, and it may be that the LEGO Harry Potter design – intentionally or not – references three things at once with a handful of elements.

Whatever it’s alluding to, you can find the miniature phone booth in 76437 The Burrow Collectors’ Edition for £219.99 in the UK, $259.99 in the US and from €259.99 in Europe from September 4th and September 1st for LEGO Insiders. LEGO has been a part of my life since I was a child. It all started when my brother left me 7657 AT-ST. It followed me through my early years, through school and eventually through my journalism studies. I still proudly display my entire collection, including my many NINJAGO sets, my favorite LEGO Group theme. Outside of Brick Fanatics, I am an avid gamer and enjoy a good game of Dungeons & Dragons.
