Lady C would only return to the jungle of “I’m a Celeb” for £5 million

Lady C would only return to “I’m a Celebrity – Get Me Out of Here!” for a “considerable sum” of money.

The 72-year-old socialite – whose full name is Georgia Arianna, Lady Colin Campbell – took part in the 15th series of the jungle reality show in 2015, but left the show due to health reasons and admits she only did it for the money.

She said: “I took it in 2015 because I had no interest in doing it for anything other than the money. I found the experience extremely unpleasant, so it’s one I wouldn’t necessarily want to repeat, except for good money.”

The survival show hosted by Ant and Dec, which normally airs in Australia, had to be relocated to Gwrych Castle in North Wales during the COVID-19 pandemic, but is set to return to South Africa for an “All Stars” version.

And Lady C claimed she would only sign up again if the price was right.

She told The Mirror: “I would do it in Wales if they paid me £5 million. I would do it in South Africa if they paid me a little less. It would still have to be a significant amount of money otherwise I’m not interested.”

I’m a Celebrity: All Stars is set to air on ITV later this year, and although memorable contestants such as Loose Women star Stacey Solomon – who was crowned Queen of the Jungle in 2010 – and Keeping Up with the Kardashians alumna Caitlyn Jenner, who came sixth in 2019, are reportedly being eyed for a comeback, Lady C admitted she would not be pleased to see her former campmates Duncan Bannatyne or Tony Hadley again because they are “good-for-nothings”.

When asked if she would like to see the former frontman of the Spandau Ballet and former investor in “Dragon’s Den” back in the jungle for the spin-off show, she said: “They’re all zeros!

They may be beings in their own world, but by and large they are nothings and quite frankly none of them have a decent personality, so why should any of them be invited back? That’s the question I would ask! There are really interesting people they could ask, like (tennis champion) Martina Navratilova, who is a real celebrity and has really interesting views!”
