Destiny’s Child is forever, folks! Kelly Rowland told People in an April 29 interview that her former group members were with her virtually when she gave birth to her son Noah in January.

Michelle Williams and Beyoncé Knowles were present via Zoom for Rowland’s beautiful birth of her son, the singer said. “We connected our family via Zoom. They were able to witness Noah’s birth. It was beautiful.”

Rowland gave birth to Noah on January 21st, with her husband Tim Weatherspoon by her side. And while Rowland’s Destiny’s Child “sisters,” as she calls them in conversation with Peoplecouldn’t be in the room with her, they have met the little guy in the meantime.

“You got to know him right away,” she said, adding that the two were “great, great, great, great” with him. Rowland previously said Entertainment tonight about Beyoncé and Williams’ emotional first meeting with Noah. “The girls were just recently here in the house and when they met the baby, it was like another part of my heart… To be able to share the space with Michelle and Bey is truly a gift,” she said. “It’s truly a gift because we’ve known each other for so long and the industry doesn’t really create friendships… That’s the nature of the beast and we still have each other after all these years.”

Little Noah has joined his older brother Titan, but we think he’ll probably have Blue Ivy, Sir, and Rumi to fall back on as he grows up, too. It’s clear that the ladies of Destiny’s Child stick together, and that will likely be true for their kids, too!
