At any given time, there are dozens of photographers out and about in Gloucestershire, capturing snapshots of life, from news to sport to live entertainment.
Here you will find a selection of pictures taken in the district in the last few days.
Eyes to the sky: The week in Gloucestershire began with the chance to see a summer moon.
Although it is known as a blue moon, it appeared red because there was smoke from North American wildlife in the atmosphere over Britain.
Epic feat: Gloucester rugby legend Billy Twelvetrees led a 24-hour challenge, cycling 350 miles from the city to Leicester, Milton Keyes and Twickenham and then back again.
The 4Ed Cycling Challenge raised thousands of pounds for charities fighting Motor Neurone Disease, supporting former teammate Ed Slater, who was diagnosed with MND two years ago.
Investigation: An arson attack on a public toilet in Bedford Street, Stroud, on Thursday has been described as “regrettable”.
Stroud District Council confirmed that the facility will remain closed until repairs are completed, saying: “The repairs are likely to cost several thousand pounds of taxpayers’ money.”
Such is the life of a child: This cheerful photo was taken at Westonbirt Arboretum in one of the two new play areas, which include walkways, tree nets, rope bridges and climbing frames.
Created in collaboration with Forestry England and the Friends of Westonbirt Arboretum, the ‘natural playgrounds’ aim to encourage children to develop a connection with nature.
New Home: Young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) across the country are delighted to help raise £100,000 for a new home.
Chapter One offers afternoon, holiday and weekend classes to 100 young people. One mother described the service as “a game changer for our family.”
All aboard: A special train celebrates the famous “Pershore Plum”.
The locomotive runs on the Gloucestershire Warwickshire Steam Railway on the line from Broadway station to Cheltenham Racecourse.
