The EU continues its full political, financial, humanitarian and military support to Ukraine and remains firmly convinced that Ukraine will prevail. Russia is the aggressor violating the UN Charter and Ukraine is the victim exercising its fundamental right to self-defence.

The EU will continue to work for a just and lasting peace that preserves Ukraine’s freedom and independence in accordance with the UN Charter and ensures that the aggressor is held to account.
