“The largest cake pop weighs 44.24 kg (97 lb 8.52 oz) and was made by Nick DiGiovanni (USA) and Lynn Davis (Japan) on November 23, 2021 in Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA,” the
Guinness World Records says.

“Nick and Lynn chose a confetti cake for their mega creation, which required five cups of sprinkles. At the time of measurement, the cake pop had a circumference of 50.75 inches (128.90 cm) and included a 33-inch (83.82 cm) stick.”

“Two popular TikTokers have teamed up in Massachusetts to bake a nearly 100-pound cake pop and break a Guinness World Record. TikTok creators Nick DiGiovanni and Lynn Davis, aka Lynja, met in Cambridge to bake the 97-pound, 8.52-ounce cake pop,” the

“The ingredients were 32 boxes of cake mix, 5 1/2 cartons of egg mix, 16 cups of oil, 16 blocks of cream cheese, 10 bags of powdered sugar, 35 cups of water, 2 sticks of butter, 5 cups of colored sprinkles, 6 teaspoons of meringue powder and 16 tablespoons of vanilla extract.

“The finished dessert, which was named the world’s largest cake pop by the Guinness Book of Records, had a circumference of 138 cm and was attached to an 84 cm long stick.”

“Layers of buttercream frosting in the middle of a soft, spongy base and toppings of delicious chocolate shavings, cookie crumbles or even colorful sugar sprinkles – a decadent cake is simply divine. And we all know that we can never get enough of just one slice,” says the
NDTV-Essen says.

“So we always try to order an extra slice or bake it ourselves. But do you love a cake so much that you would make a giant 90lb cake pop out of it?! Sounds a bit unbelievable, doesn’t it? Well, believe it or not, two people from the USA made a cake pop weighing 90lb, which achieved the title of ‘Largest Cake Pop’ in the Guinness Book of Records!

“Nick and Lynn even uploaded a video of them making this cake pop on Instagram. In the video, they first prepare the cake batter and bake it into cake layers. Then they mix cream cheese and sugar for the frosting. After mixing both, they place the cake pop in a large round pan, insert a cake pop stick and freeze it in dry ice. Finally, they garnish the entire cake pop with colorful sugar sprinkles to finish it off!”

“Imagine a cake pop that weighs more than 44 kilograms and is decorated with five large cups of colorful sugar sprinkles? No, we are not describing a scene from our favorite cartoon here. Nick DiGiovanni (USA) and Lynn Davis (Japan) not only baked such a cake pop in Cambridge, but also set a new world record in the process,” said the

“They chose a confetti cake for their creation. The mega cake pop had a circumference of 50.75 inches (128.90 cm), the cake pop also consisted of a 33 inch long stick at the time of measurement.

“After the record was recognized by the Guinness Book of World Records team, Nick and Lynn apparently distributed the cake pop to friends and family, making sure none of the cake was wasted while the unused ingredients were donated to a local food bank.”
