The Bachelorette Devin Strader has admitted that there was no immediate connection between him and Jenn Tran.
“I didn’t think there was a connection between me and Jenn right away, especially because I immediately started talking about feet,” Devin admitted in a recent episode of the podcast “Bachelor Happy Hour.”

In the night 1 of The Bachelorette In season 21, Devin told Jenn that he loves a woman with manicured fingernails and painted toenails.
“Luckily, she’s a good athlete and took a few hits,” Devin recalls with a laugh, adding, “I was nervous. There were cameras everywhere and all these guys.”
Devin explained that he had “never seen the show before” and therefore didn’t know exactly how to approach Jenn or what to say. The Bachelorettehe was “just there to have the experience.”
“I knew relatively little about what I was supposed to do there, other than, of course, getting to know this person,” Devin admitted.
He continued, “I didn’t know right away if she liked me. I didn’t know that first night if I would still be there the next week.”
Devin told the podcast’s co-hosts, Joe Amabile and Serena Pitt, that one of his co-workers – who also happens to be his best friend’s wife – recommended Devin for The Bachelorette.
But when he started filming, Devin said he had no idea that Jenn The Bachelorette Star. He apparently didn’t know “any of the candidates” who would have had a chance at the lead role.
“This is my first time seeing Jenn and I think she looks stunning. I mean, she looks great,” Devin said.
“That was the first time I had ever seen Jenn – heard her speak or say a word. I think for me, it wasn’t about making a shopping list of the people I thought it might be and then going ahead and treating the situation as if it were.”
Devin said of his goal of appearing on the show: “I was (there) just to meet a genuine person who might like me for who I am, and that was all that was on my mind at the time.”

Devin said it was actually “nice” to go into the show “kind of unprepared” because he didn’t have any great expectations.
However, Devin began to develop a serious crush on Jenn when he kidnapped her for ice cream on a group date, which turned out to be a very controversial move at the time.
Devin said he appreciated how “willing” Jenn was to “leave the group and have an immediate conversation” with him.
“And because of my personality, it said something about me,” Devin said.
“And the fact that (Jenn) enjoyed that moment with me and told me that she liked me just the way I am, my first thought was, ‘Okay, this girl is really cool! She’s willing to skip class and have ice cream with me. That’s a great feeling.'”
Devin therefore said that his connection with Jenn “started there” and definitely “grew over time.”
The Bachelorette just aired the hometown date episode where Jenn was taken home by the Final 4 Bachelors for a meet and greet with family.
After Jenn met Devin’s friends and family, he said, “I love you” to The Bachelorette Star.
Devin therefore revealed in the “Bachelor Happy Hour” that he was “very surprised” how The Bachelorette The process worked for him.
“I was very surprised (at how quickly I fell in love),” Devin said. “I was very, very surprised. I wasn’t fully in the loop when I came to the show and didn’t know exactly how it worked.”
Devin praised The Bachelorette for putting him in situations that made him “really think about” what he wants from life.
“All the filler conversations go away, right? You really have to focus on what’s important, on who you are and what you really are. That really helped me open up those walls so (Jenn) could see who I was, and that was great,” Devin explained.

Devin therefore pointed out that it is “100 percent possible” to find true love, The Bachelor Franchise, in his opinion.
However, Derek has to compete against Jonathon Johnson and Marcus Shoberg for Jenn’s final rose.
Jenn seemed to be wondering about the identity of her The Bachelorette Winner during her own appearance on the podcast “Bachelor Happy Hour”.
