Charles Thomas Bailey Jr., 39, 153 Louisiana Ave. #500 – Driving on a roadway intended for traffic; operating a vehicle while license suspended; driving under the influence of alcohol, second offense; drug possession; illegal carrying of weapons during the commission of a crime or in the presence of a CDS. Bail: $17,500.

Carlena Ann Claybrook42, Vidor, Texas – domestic violence.

Bradley Keith Manuel34, 916 Cooley Road, Moss Bluff – Identity theft; negligent conduct; resisting an officer by refusing to produce identification; possession of a firearm or concealed carrying of a weapon by a person convicted of certain crimes; illegal carrying of weapons during the commission of a crime or in the presence of a CDS; drug possession; certain activities related to contraband are prohibited in penal institutions.

Shondricka Myrlene Franklin37, 2717 Laurel Bridge Court – Second Degree Kidnapping. Bond: $75,000.

Jeremy Adam Foreman34, 302 Bruce Circle, Moss Bluff – simple burglary; theft of a motor vehicle over $1,000 but less than $5,000; theft under $1,000; simple criminal damage under $1,000. Bail: $27,500.
