Orville Kelly Reiser Jr., 61, of West Portsmouth, died Saturday, August 17, 2024, at OSU Medical Center in Columbus. He was born June 21, 1963, in Portsmouth, the son of the late Orville Kelly Reiser and the living Donna Lee Hazelbaker Reiser.

He worked in construction, but what he loved most was working for the Lord. Kelly was a great son, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, cousin and friend. He was most proud of being a father and grandfather. He was a Boy Scout and actively helped with Boy Scout activities.

Kelly was just a great guy. He loved 80’s music and also enjoyed playing the piano and keyboard. Kelly spent a lot of time outside and liked all outdoor sports: skiing, water skiing, golf, camping. He also liked to sit on his lawn mower with headphones on and mow for hours. Kelly was a religious man and didn’t worry about where he was going. His favorite saying was anyway… “Don’t worry, it’s all good.”

In addition to his mother, Donna, Kelly leaves behind a son, Devin (Kayla) Reiser, a daughter, Kelsey (Levi) Pack, grandchildren Kylee and Harper Reiser and Kaiden and Oakley Pack, a sister, Leonna Jane (Rob) Kouns, a niece and nephew, Sydney and Levi Kouns, an uncle, Tom (Sandra) Reiser, several cousins ​​and numerous friends.
