So, so, so. Another day, another false rumor! No, Kevin Durant was not kicked out of the Kardashian household for allegedly asking if Devin Booker was “hot.”
Once again, fans were fooled, this time by a post making the rounds online claiming, “Kevin Durant was asked to leave Kim Kardashian’s house after asking, ‘Did Booker really bang?’ during a family game of truth or dare.” The post even tried to back up the story by referencing TMZ! So, for those who didn’t know any better, it may have seemed believable. But it’s all made up. Remember the KD, Suni Lee connection? Well, that turned out to be fake too!
How can we be so sure? Because the account that spread the news of Durant’s ejection was none other than NBA Centel. For those who don’t know, Centel is a parody account – a clever twist on NBA Central. The account spreads funny, fake NBA news just for laughs.
Some fans chimed in with comments like: “He should have said, ‘Wait… before I go… But why Ben Simmons?’ (laughing emoji)”
And another person added: “This page will go down in history (crying emoji)”
Why do we think this rumor even came up? It probably has something to do with the on-off relationship between Devin Booker and Kendall Jenner.
In February, Kendall Jenner and Devin Booker were reportedly “back together” after the reality star split from rapper Bad Bunny.
According to TMZ, the two are “taking it slow” and “rekindling” their romance. However, sources also mentioned that they are “not exclusive yet” as they “don’t want to rush into anything.”
Kendall ended things with Bad Bunny in December and has been talking to her former flame again ever since.
The model and the basketball star dated for two years before calling it quits in June 2022. They briefly rekindled their romance a few weeks later, but split again in November 2022.
The two were spotted together in the Kardashian suite at the last Super Bowl, and just this week Kendall was seen in Dallas, where Devin’s team, the Phoenix Suns, were playing.
More recently Devin Booker has been linked to Suni Leewhich led to rumors that the two could be a couple! But these rumors were quickly refuted.
A few days after the Devin Suni hype, Team USA and Suni Lee posted a picture of Kevin Durant and Sunisa together and fans speculated wildly! But once again, it turned out not to be true.
Kevin Durant has also made it clear that he is intentionally staying single and is not looking for a relationship. During a recent appearance on the podcast “Impaulsive” with internet personalities Logan Paul and IShowSpeed, Durant was asked why he was still single. He replied, “I don’t want a girlfriend.”
When co-host IShowSpeed suggested Durant may have been heartbroken, Durant clarified the matter, saying, “I wouldn’t say I had my heart broken. I started to understand women a little bit better. Early on, I realized she wasn’t mine.” He added, “Even though she may be my friend, she might be influenced by other people.”
