Controversial Olympian Rachael “Raygun” Gunn is being courted by producers of “I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!” Australia to appear in their upcoming series.

The 36-year-old breakdancer rose to worldwide fame with her disastrous performance at the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris and became the most discussed moment of the competition.

And Channel Ten is “very interested” in signing the Sydney-born athlete as they believe she would be a great addition to the show, an insider told New Idea magazine this week.

“Raygun would be the ideal campmate. People will want to hear her jungle story. Love her or hate her, she’s a topic of conversation in all circles,” they began.

They added that Raygun’s unique style quickly captivated audiences and that her involvement in the show is sure to draw people in.

“It’s these viral moments and conversations around the coffee machine that IAC wants to capitalize on.”

Raygun’s unique Olympic routine, which included jumping from one kangaroo to another and at one point slithering across the floor like a snake, sparked a flood of ridicule on the Internet.

Her routine also failed to impress the judges and earned her zero points, which put her in last place in this grueling competition.

Gunn made a surprise appearance at TV Week’s 2024 Logie Awards on Sunday night, alluding to the controversy.

In a surprise video tribute to the celebrity nominees, Raygun urged them all to “bring out their signature moves” to celebrate their Logies wins.

She told the crowd: “Australia, this is Raygun. I want to congratulate all the Logie nominees and wish them the best of luck tonight.”
