The Little League World Series is in full swing and area fans can cheer on the Council Rock Newtown Little League team, which has reeled off two straight wins after an initial loss and will be back on the field Tuesday afternoon.

If you want to watch the rest of the Little League World Series tournament live, you’ll have to head to north-central Pennsylvania.

Where does the Little League World Series take place?

The Little League World Series tournament will be played at Lamade and Volunteer Stadiums at the Little League International Complex, 617 E. Mountain Ave., South Williamsport, PA.

“To find the World Series parking lots using a GPS system, enter this address: 617 E. Mountain Ave., South Williamsport PA 17702,” reads the directions on the Little League World Series website. “From the parking lots, Little League Baseball World Series attendees must walk to the stadiums, which includes a lengthy uphill (from the South Williamsport Sports Complex) or downhill (from Route 15), and must pass through security checkpoints.”

How much do tickets cost for the Little League World Series?

Admission to all Little League World Series games is free, with some restrictions.

For matches through Thursday, August 22, seating will be available to the public at Lamade and Volunteer Stadiums on a first-come, first-served basis. No ticket is required.

Saturday, August 24th and Sunday, August 25th is the “Championship Weekend” during which no seats will be available in the stadium.

“Tickets are required for entry to Lamade Stadium for all championship games. They are not normally available to the general public as they are given to league volunteers and special guests,” the Little League World Series ticket website states. “As always, a ticket is not required for the famous ‘mound’ or terrace overlooking the outfield fence at Howard J. Lamade Stadium, where seating is almost always available.”

No tickets are required for the consolation match, which will take place on Sunday, August 25th at 10 a.m.
