Three more games are leaving Xbox Game Pass at the end of August, so be sure to check them out beforehand! The games include NBA 2K24 for Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S, Atomic Heart, and Guilty Gear Strive. Remember, they can be purchased with 20% off until then.
While NBA 2K24 is being canceled, fans can at least look forward to the new 2K25, which is coming on September 6, although it won’t be included in Game Pass. Atomic Heart is a first-person shooter game set in the Soviet Union that doesn’t hide its influences from BioShock Infinite. In GameSpot’s Atomic Heart review, we said, “Atomic Heart misses its most interesting narrative concepts and plays it safe with its first-person shooter gameplay.”
Guilty Gear Strive is also leaving Game Pass and has still enjoyed a vibrant fighting game community since its release in 2021. Lucy from Cyberpunk Edgerunners will be a guest character for the game and is coming in 2025. In GameSpot’s Guilty Gear Strive review, we said, “Guilty Gear Strive continues the series’ legacy of complex and rewarding technical fighters, enhanced by new looks, characters, and ideas that take the gritty, complex gameplay to new levels.”
