The teaser of Vicky Kaushal’s period drama Chhaava is officially out! The first look of the teaser already created a buzz on the internet after it was attached to Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor’s Stree 2. After creating a huge buzz among fans, the Dunki actor announced on August 18 that the official teaser of Chhaava will be released today, Monday. Some time ago, the makers have fulfilled their promise.

Today, August 19, the makers of Chhaava have released the official teaser of the film. The much-awaited period drama is based on the life of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, son of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. The 1.12 minute long teaser features Vicky Kaushal in a never-before-seen role with intense war scenes. The versatile actor once again rules the screen and promises a visual feast for the fans.

In the teaser, we can see Vicky fighting a huge crowd of warriors single-handedly. He roars like a tiger as he puts on a heroic and brave show and dominates the bloody battlefield that is guaranteed to give you goosebumps. We also see Akshaye Khanna, who looks recognizable in the negative role.

Soon after the teaser was released, fans couldn’t stop gushing over the menacing avatar of Vicky. Fans were very impressed with the actor’s performance in the teaser itself and flocked to the comments section to express their excitement about it.

Vicky Kaushal’s upcoming period drama Chhaava is one of the most awaited films of the year. The film stars Rashmika Mandanna as Yesubai Bhonsale, the wife of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj. The film is directed by Laxman Utekar, who previously worked with Vicky in Zara Bachke Zara Hatke. The film marks the first ever collaboration between Vicky and Rashmika.

The film also stars Akshaye Khanna, Ashutosh Rana and Divya Dutta in supporting roles. The film is expected to hit the screens on December 6 and is produced by Dinesh Vijan’s Maddock Films.
