The Old Louisville Neighborhood Council is hosting the 7th annual Old Lou Brew Craft Beer Festival on Friday, August 23rd, and organizers promise this summer event will be something very special.

Numerous breweries offering unique summer beers will be on site at the event in Old Louisville’s Central Park, along with a handful of popular food trucks, including Six Forks Burgers, Fry Daddys, Al Prince Mediterranean and Red Top Hot Dogs.

This year the festival will also feature music from Relaay and LittleBand, who will play four joint sets of 45 minutes each.

Proceeds benefit the Old Neighborhood Council. Here’s everything you need to know about the Old Lou Brew Craft Beer Festival:

The Old Lou Brew Craft Beer Festival is a family and dog-friendly event where you can sample craft beers from 15 local breweries, with food trucks and live music.

The annual event will take place on Friday, August 23, from 6 to 10 p.m. at Central Park, 1340 S. Fourth St.

The following 15 breweries are expected to participate in the 2024 event:

  • Atrium
  • Falls City
  • Goodwood
  • Holsopple
  • Hometown Brewing
  • Hop Atomic
  • Mile wide
  • Monnik
  • Noble radio
  • Old Louisville Brewery
  • Pivot point
  • Ten20
  • West Sixth

How much do the tickets cost?

Admission is $15, free for those under 18. Advance tickets are available at oldlouisville.org/old-lou-brew-craft-beer-fest. Tickets will be available on sale the night of the event and can be purchased at the Visitor Center in Central Park (1340 S. 4th St.).

Tickets purchased online can be picked up at the box office in the Visitor Center. All visitors must wear a wristband to attend the event, even those who do not drink beer.
