90 Day Fiancé: And they are happily ever after‘S With “Tell-All” part 4 concluded, it seems as though even the cast is exhausted from discussing their relationships. Viewers probably know which couples from season 8 stayed together and which have since split, but these final episodes devolve into feuds between the co-stars. It turns out that some of the cast members have issues with Loren Brovarnikand I agree with your opinion about her on the whole.
It took several episodes for Loren to finally get involved in a fight, but it happened just before she and her husband Alexei was preparing for an unannounced departure. This did not please some of the cast members, for reasons they were happy to reveal before their departure.
Sophia and Thaís called Loren “fake”
Sophie Sierra had a score to settle at the end of the day, talking about how she felt Loren mysteriously escaped any criticism from the rest of the cast when her storyline was highlighted. Thaís Ramone agreed, saying that she additionally felt Loren was “fake” because she was so nice to everyone in person, which she wasn’t when she was in her segments on Pillow talk.
Just in time, Loren and Alexei arrived to say goodbye, explaining that they would not be spending the last night in the house before the reveal ended. Loren went to hug everyone, noting that she received two “half-hearted” hugs from Sophie and Thaís before she left. There was some tension over the couple’s early exit, with Thaís accusing them of thinking they were “better” than everyone else. Loren said that nothing would stop anyone else from doing the same, and denied thinking herself better.
As a viewer who has seen Loren and Alexei, they remain one of the most stable couples of the 90 Day Fiancé franchise, I’m still on Sophie and Thaís’ side on this one. I think Loren’s generosity definitely came across as fake, or at least passive-aggressively polite, as she certainly didn’t repeat anything she said about anyone Pillow talk. I think they have every reason to be frustrated, especially if they had hoped to resolve the matter with her at home that same evening.
Did Loren and Alexei intentionally plan their early departure?
I have placed Loren and Alexei at the bottom of my cast list, the least likely to cause drama before this season of 90 Day Fiancé: And they are happily ever afterand it wasn’t just because they seem far less chaotic than their counterparts. They’ve been a part of this franchise for a long time, so they know the tricks of the trade and how to do tell-all specials. I don’t think it was a coincidence that their storyline was the last to be front and center, so they could get on a plane before they had to answer for any of it.
Let’s be honest, Loren and Alexei are in the upper level of the protected 90 Day Fiancé Stars. TLC temporarily gave them their own spinoff, and while the couple doesn’t cause as much chaos as former married couples who split up, they lend legitimacy to a grounded couple with a somewhat normal life. There needs to be a positive portrayal of international marriages on this show, and that’s exactly what they do.
Keeping Loren and Alexei in the house and allowing the cast to poke holes in the narrative that they’re the “normal” couple could jeopardize that status, so I could imagine them wanting to protect that image with a quick exit. I can understand that, but it still doesn’t help the narrative that Loren might be able to dish out in other relationships but not take criticism in her own.
90 Day Fiancé: And they are happily ever afterThe reveal is almost over, but there’s still one more episode airing on TLC on Sunday, August 25th at 8:00 p.m. ET. When that’s done, don’t forget to check out what else is on the 2024 TV schedule and get ready for the next Sunday night show!
