Kelly and Jack Osbourne got into a classic sibling feud when they were faced with a difficult question on Wednesday’s episode of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire.

In the joint charity competition, the duo navigated most of the questions with ease until they came across an $8,000 query that read: “The drug minoxidil, approved in the 1970s to treat high blood pressure, was ‘used for another purpose’ after many patients taking it experienced which side effect?”

Even though they used their 50/50 guide, which narrowed the choices down to C: “Significant weight loss” and D: “Excessive hair growth,” they still couldn’t figure it out.

Kelly, 39, argued: “I’m telling you, Jack, if it was weight loss, I would know,” which caused the audience to burst into laughter and caused host Jimmy Kimmel to nervously cover his face.

Then the Osbournes finally used their lifeline “Ask the audience” as Kelly yelled, “We don’t know the answer!”

64 percent of the audience answered D – excessive hair growth, and the couple followed this suggestion, which ultimately turned out to be correct.

Unfortunately, they stalled on the $64,000 question after using up all of their lifelines, ending the game with $32,000 – the lowest winnings by a celebrity couple this season.

Proceeds went to Race to Erase MS, an organization close to the heart of 38-year-old Jack, who was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2012.

The Osbourne siblings are the children of Black Sabbath rocker Ozzy Osbourne and TV personality Sharon Osbourne.

Kelly has been gaining attention for her recent weight loss and new look. She lost 85 pounds in 2020 and is open about her transformation.

While mother Sharon openly attributed her 20 kilogram weight loss to Ozempic, Kelly denied taking the drug.

“I know everyone thinks I took Ozempic,” Kelly told Extra in April. “I didn’t take Ozempic. I don’t know where that came from. My mom took Ozempic.”

Kelly attributes her postpartum weight loss to cutting out sugar and carbohydrates, eating a fasting diet, and undergoing gastric sleeve surgery in 2018.

At the end of 2022, she had her first son, Sid, with her partner Sid Wilson from the rock band Slipknot.

Kelly has also used non-surgical techniques such as EmSculpt, a body and facial treatment to “tighten sagging skin” after “rapid weight loss.”

“I had surgery; I don’t give a shit what anyone else has to say,” Kelly said on the “Hollywood Raw” podcast in 2022. “I did it, I’m proud of it… I had gastric bypass surgery. The only thing that happens is the shape of the stomach changes. I had that done almost two years ago. I will never, ever, ever lie about it. It’s the best thing I’ve ever done.”

She also stressed that surgery alone is not a solution and that long-term adherence to healthy lifestyle habits is necessary.

“The type of surgery I had…if you don’t exercise and eat right, you gain weight. It just gets you going in the right direction,” she added. “It doesn’t solve all the problems. It’s not a quick fix.”

Kelly also spoke openly about her journey and said that before the surgery she underwent therapy for a year to get her tendency towards emotional eating under control.

“The most important thing I had to do was to become happy,” she said. “I had to get my head in order before I could get my body in order. You can never tackle it if you’re not in the right frame of mind.”

In a March episode of the podcast “The Osbournes,” Kelly opened up about her past and recounted an experience from her childhood when an agency head told her she needed to lose weight to be successful as an actress after she was cast in the role of Anna’s (Lindsay Lohan) best friend in “Freaky Friday” in 2003.

“He … gave me a whole speech about how I was too fat for TV and I needed to lose weight, and that I would look better if I lost weight,” Kelly said at the time. “He just said, ‘You’re not a movie star, but you could be if you lost weight,'” she continued, adding that it was the “most damn insulting thing.”
