Stree 2 Review

An excerpt from the Hindustan Times’ Stree 2 movie review read, “Let’s talk about what drives the film – the humour. Niren Bhatt (story, screenplay, dialogues) keeps the pace under control, with the first half being quite excellent. The jokes just don’t stop coming, and that’s exactly what the audience is looking for. It’s cheeky, it’s original. At a certain point, it’s not the joke alone that hits home. It’s the sheer talent of the cast that makes Stree 2 what it is, led by an able Rajkummar Rao. He does everything so right that you forget for a moment that he’s the same guy who played a businessman with special skills in Srikanth or a frustrated ex-cricketer in Mr. and Mrs. Mahi just this year.”
