Principal photography officially began in March 2024 and was completed within a few weeks. According to consulting editor Marysela Zamora of the National Film Commission, “Hallmark movies are generally not filmed outside the United States, but the director fell in love with the country.”

The wedding scenes were originally supposed to be shot on a tidal bank of the Tarcoles River, but due to bad weather, the director and his crew had to look for another location.
