“Sounds pretty bad to me”: Ryan Garcia attacks Devin Haney and offers the “victim” of an altercation personal training sessions

Devin Haney gets into big trouble and becomes the victim of an attack and physical assault when he lets go of his hands in a public place. The pictures of the incident, which took place this week, are making the rounds on the Internet and also caught the attention of Ryan Garciawho did not shy away from criticizing him sharply.

In the viral video, 25-year-old Haney is seen throwing a punch and fleeing the scene as soon as the sirens are heard in the background. It could be the result of an argument, because after the American boxer threw a left jab, his friends or his three-man entourage continued to beat the victim. While the investigation is ongoing, authorities have not yet made any arrests. But it did allow 25-year-old Garcia to taunt the former WBC champion.

‘KingRy’ went by his X-name and launched an attack on Haney, 31-0, in a series of posts. In the first of these, he questioned his credibility as a role model and referenced his previous comments. He wrote: “He couldn’t even take down a civilian. Plus, you talked about being a great role model. For you to actually hit someone while your whole team is taking down a guy sounds pretty bad to me.”

In the second post, the 25-year-old boxer wondered how a similar situation would turn out for him and criticized Haney’s punching power. Garcia explained: “I wonder what the commission would do if I fought someone and it was caught on video, hmmm. The thing is, he hits so softly that they might let it slide and call it an exhibition fight. Hmmm, who knows 🤷‍♂️”

Finally, Garcia, 24-1, offered to help the victim train and show him his classic left hook that confused Haney in their fight. He announced: “Find me the victim of Devin Haney’s attack. I want to help him and show him a few tricks on how to beat a Haney. So if you find him for me, I’ll personally show him the left hook.”

These blunt comments reflect the animosity between the two. Neither misses a single opportunity to criticize the other. And what’s worse? Speaking to Stomping Ground, HE Turki Alalshikh revealed his preference for Garcia. The Saudi advisor said: “I like this guy (Ryan Garcia) and I want to have a big fight with him. He asked me to do the rematch between him and Haney. We want to see that fight.”

However, he made the condition that the Victorville native first solve his drug problem and serve his one-year suspension. In addition, Haney is currently taking a break from boxing and both have expressed a desire to get back into boxing. But only time will tell whether that happens or not.
