NEWS: NEW benefit announced for guests of Disney’s Good Neighbor Hotel

NEWS: NEW benefit announced for guests of Disney’s Good Neighbor Hotel

There are some pretty big differences between planning a trip to Disney World and planning a trip to Disneyland. One of the biggest differences is the transportation system that gets you to and from your hotel and the parks. At Disney World, this transportation is provided free of charge for stays at Disney World hotels.

However, many visitors stay at non-Disney hotels at Disneyland because these hotels are generally more convenient and often less expensive than the Disneyland hotels. However, if you don’t live within walking distance of the parks, getting there can be difficult. Now, however, it has become a little easier.

If you live a little further away from Disneyland, you should check out the Shuttle to Anaheim Regional Transportation (ART)which has stops throughout much of the Disneyland Resort property to take hotel guests in the area to the parks and back. It’s super convenient and affordable: you can get a one-day pass for just $6, a three-day pass for $16, and a five-day pass for $25.

Well, You can actually add this transportation to your Disneyland vacation packages. If you are staying at one of Disneyland’s Good Neighbor Hotels, you can add ART service to your Disneyland Resort vacation package. You can do this by calling Disneyland’s contact center directly or by contacting your travel agent. Once transportation is booked, you will receive a confirmation email directly from ART with instructions on how to obtain your ART passes.

ART also offers routes to other areas of interest in Anaheim, including many shopping and dining options such as the Anaheim Garden Walk, The Outlets at Orange, and more. You can also use ART to connect to the Anaheim Canyon Metrolink Station, AMTRAK, Metrolink, and more.

So that’s something new to think about when planning your Disneyland vacation. You can generally save some money by staying further away from the parks, but if you have good transport links to and from Disneyland, it might be worth considering these hotels.
