By the end of 2024, HILS Development plans to complete the HILS Brauner project with 1,336 apartments and a total construction area of around 113,000 square meters. At the same time, the company plans to complete the 370 apartments of Phase 1 with a total construction area of 35,000 square meters in the HILS Republica project.
Bucharest, August 2024 – HILS Development, an entrepreneurial company committed to responsible construction, announces improved financial results for the first half of 2024, driven by a 28% increase in new apartment sales across all six projects, whether completed or in various stages of development. During this period, the company reports the signing of contracts for 356 of the 850 units planned for the whole of 2024. The largest number of units sold in a single transaction were 39 apartments at HILS Republica, followed by 30 apartments sold at HILS Titanium. Most apartments sold during this period were through transactions with buyers’ own funds (61%), followed by apartments purchased with bank loans (22%) and installment plans from the developer (17%).
The trend of returning HILS Development customers continuing to purchase new homes in communities developed by the company remains strong, with 30% of current HILS Development residents returning to purchase new homes in the first half of 2024.
“The six projects launched so far consolidate a community of over 25,000 residents. We continue to maintain a stable pace of over 1,000 completed housing units per year, in line with our development strategy, which aims to create living conditions for quality living. The standards and pace of development we set are achievable thanks to a complex ecosystem and an internal construction force developed over 19 years of experience in the residential real estate sector. Regardless of the size or location of our projects, we build with the vision of creating living spaces, not just housing, for both our current customers and future generations. We focus on having completed housing immediately available, a key factor in the customer’s decision to move quickly. This is an important part of our strategy, which aims to maintain a constant stock of ready-to-move-in housing. We currently have 400 units available and plan to add about 150 more apartments by the end of the year, thus guaranteeing our customers immediate delivery,” explained Bogdan Bălașa, General Manager of HILS Development.
The company continued to develop major new projects, including HILS Republica, HILS Sunrise and HILS Titanium, and has completed three more projects – HILS Pallady, HILS Splai and HILS Brauner – bringing the portfolio to a total of around 2,600 new homes.
