“She meant everything to me” – Dale Earnhardt’s grandson’s epic tribute to his late girlfriend melts fans’ hearts

Dale Earnhardt’s grandson Jeffrey Earnhardt suffered a great personal loss when he lost his girlfriend Lizzy Musi. The 33-year-old drag racer was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer, which had already spread to her lymph nodes and liver. Musi was scheduled to travel to Germany for special surgery, but was unable to make it.

Jeffrey Earnhardt was very fond of Lizzy Musi. Although the couple did not make their relationship public, Musi was often seen on Jeffrey’s Instagram posts. To honor Musi’s tough battle with cancer, Jeffrey plans to pay tribute to his former sweetheart at his next races.

The 35-year-old will return to the race track for two more Xfinity Series races with Sam Hunts Racing. He will drive the No. 26 Toyota and compete in the upcoming NASCAR race weekend at Michigan International Speedway. However, his special helmet, designed by Noel McEwen, will have special meaning for the driver.
