The West Region manages FCL’s industrial construction projects in Arizona, California, New Mexico, Utah, Idaho and Nevada.

For more than a quarter century, Pettigrew has worked in all aspects of construction and has built solid relationships with professional partners, communities, industry associations and colleagues. He started as a laborer in high school; after graduating with a degree in civil engineering (with a concentration in structural analysis), he worked his way up to engineer, construction manager and positions in preconstruction and project management before assuming a leadership role at FCL.
